Who can see your account information?
Passwords are stored only in our authentication systems and cannot be retrieved by any personnel of Advanced Research, Ltd. If you forget your password, you can create a new one with proper identification. Only authorized sales, customer service and accounting personnel are permitted access to your account information. Employees who violate our privacy pledge will be subject to our normal disciplinary process. Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy pledge and to allow us to audit them for compliance.

What if you change how you use my information?
If we change how we use your personal information, we will notify you by prominently posting notice of the change to this site.

How do you create a user profile?
If you've already conducted business with Advanced Research, Ltd. in the past and would like to begin ordering online, you'll need to create a 1Account. Creating a 1Account requires you to designate a user name (a 1Account ID) and password. 1Account IDs are simply your E-Mail address. Passwords must be at least four characters in length. Single spaces are allowed within passwords. Leading and trailing spaces, and adjacent spaces, are not allowed. After your 1Account is created, please contact your account manager to link your 1Account to your customer account history.

What about cookies?
We use cookies as a way to give you better service. They personalize your experience and they help identify you. You will need to set your browser to accept cookies if you wish to fully utilize our services.
